Sister thread is here. I was always using Manual Mode for P-Core and E-Core Voltages, and noticed my scores sometimes getting lower, even when I was stable with higher P-Core and E-Core clocks. So, I switched to Adaptive Mode, and both idle as...

There's reasons they build bunkers and buy havens in Argentina and New Zealand.

The words he chose are problematic. He might have been talking about local LLMs, but the above definitely can be validly interpreted to broaden the scope to all dram. Better wording here. Actually, it's quite inefficient vs actually, it's...

Incorrect. I disagree with his premise. I disagree with his implied definition of efficient utilization. I disagree with his conclusion. He is wrong on every level.

One more try... The RAM environment is "supply constrained" because this asshole bought 40% of the world's RAM production as unfinished wafers that can't even be used in a PC or data center. The environment is also supply constrained because...

LukeTbk Sorry, but this is purely Sam wanting everyone to use their services and pay for it so they can make money back because they are bleeding cash and investors want money back. This has nothing to do with what end users are using or wasting...

I remember when PVC pipe and pipe cement was cheap. It skyrocketed during covid and hasn't really come down. The datacenters are using a lot more raw materials beyond GPUs and DRAM. Here in TX the delivery charges for electricity are nearly...

I've got parts of A, maybe B, and likely C if you're interested.

I'm sure I still have 3 2666MHz sticks left.

I'd bet Sam's personal RAM sits idle. Do as he says, not as he does.

Sam Altman is in need of a boot in the plums, fuckin prick.

Isn't most of his ram sitting in a warehouse doing nothing? The irony.

Bump for an awesome seller, would be interested but no more SATA ports lol.
