Thank you I tried that before, and when i got to the laptop, i didn't see the option to "join" the homegroup, only create a new one. Everything is on in the sharing settings

I impulse bought the parts. I just couldn't say no :( So, now i have an i5 2400, gtx 550, and a plextor 256gb ssd for $200 bucks. Now i need psu, motherboard, and ram.

Someone local to me is offering a corsair p series 650w psu & and a gtx 550 ti for $150 bucks. Used for 1 yr. Grab it? Prebuilt was an option, but he wants something custom. I don't know why, lol.
