Any free folder synchronization apps?

I have a music collection on my main desktop. I do all the editing on that computer(deleting, adding songs, editing file names). I recently added the folder to my laptop so i can have music on the go.

I want to be able to sync the folder on the laptop with the folder on the desktop, so i don't have to do the manual editing twice.

Hope that makes sense.
