    Speccy is a nice, free program. It doesn't really have all of the bells and whistles of something like PC Wizard, but it's not bad.

    I'm going to go ahead and side with Tytalus. I'd recommend SteadyState even though it's on a domain. If his boss doesn't want to mess with the groups, this might be the easiest way to do it.
