And i think the beeping is some sort of warning that the GPU is too damn hot. I guess i should pull the card out and take a closer look at how the stock cooler is connected to the card. It must make pretty good contact...
First thing I did was run 3DMark2001SE to see what kind of score I get. Well the card seems to make my PC speaker beep every 20-30 seconds while the test runs. Seems like every time it beeps the fan speeds up on the card. I suspect it is an alarm or something but I couldnt find any settings...
Just wondering if you found a fix for this problem, i have it all the time in world of warcraft. I play it in windowed mode so i can use msn and firefox etc.. every time a tool tip appears on the taskbar or i click the start menu the framerate crawls.

I have a regular A7V600 mobo and it used to randomly give me constant beeps when i turned it on, i would have to reset it a couple times for it to stop and boot into windows. A simple bios update fixed the problem and ive never heard it beep continuously like that again.
