    Either the Gigabyte or the Biostar are a good choice, I've used both, and still use the Biostar with a 5000 BE o/c to 3.2ghz with a 16x multi and stock volts :D Another choice would be an nvidia 7050 based board.

    CPU-Z WILL display your core voltage, Everest will display just about any voltage or temp you'll need for O/Cing, Core temp is great, if your not using Vista x64, then it has some issues.
