    I have the XFX8800GTS 320. I've seen the same games played on other computers with high end DX9 cards, and mine look way better.

    I got stuck in a rut playing Delta Force:Black Hawk Down, then Battlefield:2 For some reason, I thought counter strike was a pay to play.... oh well. better late then never... I guess.

    well if you can run it in safe mode, its not the drive. maybe a conflict, a virus or something. my hard drive was doing something similar, did a format and all is good.

    went out and got a new cable. didn't work. and I couldn't see any hidden options in IDE ATA/ATAPI. but when I was at the computer store, I was talking to a salesguy there about my problem. and said virus. is that possible? I'm going to scan for one anyway. BRB
