    I have a VF900 Fatal1ty and it cools great but the little fan on it is sooo loud. I'm using the Fan-mate2 and have it on its lowest setting but still by far its the loudest thing in my case.     I currently have a Athlon 64 X2 5000+ CPU, I think its a bottle neck for my new GPU. My motherboard is an BIOSTAR TFORCE TF520-A2. I'm thinking about picking up an X2 6400+ for about a 100 bucks off newegg. Is that my best bang for my buck upgrade for me? Thanks
