    Maybe try leaving it on without loading an OS? For example in BIOS or on a boot screen. See if it does that then. That way you can check if it's Windows related or it's the hard drive doing it.

    Yes, the Seatools tests fail too but don't show any details as to why. I may try returning it since I ordered it only a week ago. Any recommendations what other drive could possible be better? I need 300-400GB.
