Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Vista was the only OS where I had to restore from the factory reset partition multiple times due to choking on Windows Updates.
I have an old Vista laptop that had to be pressed back into service. Just last week I updated it to Windows 8.1. Not that I'm a fan of 8.1, but I had a spare license...
They should call it Windows 7 SP2. No point continuing forward when going in the wrong direction.
Testing updates before release would be nice too. That 0.01% of computers dying is BS. I had two computers out of nine have serious problems with the August update.
The family auto repair shop still has a rotary phone. They have awesome bells that can be heard over an air wrench.
It's funny as hell when a teenager walks in and asks to use the phone.
We don't actually use it for outgoing calls since automated phone systems can't handle pulse anymore.
I thought XP was great from the start. I ran the beta and RC of XP. No more quirky Soundblaster crashes that Win98 had.
8 can pull an E.T. for Atari 2600.
Email is a long mature technology. All I want is security fixes for the ESR version.
The rapid version numbers for Thunderbird are a joke anyway.
Changelog for Thunderbird 37: Updated version number to 37
Finally, a real release that isn't a beta. I'll change my machines' 3.6 for the ESR as soon as all my addons are verified working.
These nightly build releases are less stable, and often need an immediate .01 update to fix some error not caught during their shortened testing.
I don't see why the stock would surge on announcing their costs are higher than expected. Videos served is a server load and possibly a licensing cost. They don't make more revenue when people utilize the service heavier.
I don't pretend not to have money. It's easy to say no now, and in the future it'll be really easy to say hell no to wanting a credit card.
Blame hard luck story liars for making me jaded toward anyone who contacts me. I only donate to to charities I contact first.
