Might just be me but my blocked cards sag less than the same card with the stock air cooler so it seems to be a better design to me. My GTX 480 and 580 cards with blocks still worked fine when I had them 2 years ago, those were the oldest blocked cards I had though.

The 13600k would have the least amount of latency between cores and also in general (i.e. to memory) not sure how that would impact that game in particular though.

I run one in a temporary box I built with my FE 3090 and it's great for playing all my stuff at 4k, sure my newer stuff might be faster but hey this temporary rig has been running for almost a year lol

I haven't used those new IPS / HFS shoot or whatever TCL panels but I do like my 27r94 a lot it was the best of the 27" 4k monitors I've had after my original Acer X27 gsync ultimate HDR 1000 panel. The near-black performance and HDR bright-area performance both put it above all the others...

550 is a pretty decent price for it, from what I remember the black level on that is a lot better than the 27"

Hopefully hdd prices go down at some point too I would eventually like to build a new file server.

Without the glass on both sides it's probably quite a bit lighter, I have the regular white one at my office I never bothered to take home because the case by itself is so big and heavy I can already barely lift it lol. One of the reviews on amazon has a picture of the box and packaging...

Even a few years ago better boards and high end builds at least got you something, with AM5 better boards don't really even get you any higher performance and it's not like it has a high end socket with a 64+ core cpu or something either like the old 3175x dominus.

So this person actually has no idea if it was that way at the beginning or not? They also updated with a reply from Asus saying that is the original design...

on skylake disabling HT could gain you 1-200mhz at same voltage, haven't tried it on the newer CPUs though

The 1851 ILM doesn't seem much of any different from 1700 so I have one on mine.

b760 ddr4 board with a 13/14th gen Intel CPU might also be worthwhile depending on pricing it could be cheaper.
