Might just be me but my blocked cards sag less than the same card with the stock air cooler so it seems to be a better design to me.
My GTX 480 and 580 cards with blocks still worked fine when I had them 2 years ago, those were the oldest blocked cards I had though.
The 13600k would have the least amount of latency between cores and also in general (i.e. to memory) not sure how that would impact that game in particular though.
I run one in a temporary box I built with my FE 3090 and it's great for playing all my stuff at 4k, sure my newer stuff might be faster but hey this temporary rig has been running for almost a year lol
I haven't used those new IPS / HFS shoot or whatever TCL panels but I do like my 27r94 a lot it was the best of the 27" 4k monitors I've had after my original Acer X27 gsync ultimate HDR 1000 panel. The near-black performance and HDR bright-area performance both put it above all the others...
Without the glass on both sides it's probably quite a bit lighter, I have the regular white one at my office I never bothered to take home because the case by itself is so big and heavy I can already barely lift it lol.
One of the reviews on amazon has a picture of the box and packaging...
Looks like TCL USA finally put them on their site and at a discount already.
Still seems like review sites are allergic to TCL though.

Even a few years ago better boards and high end builds at least got you something, with AM5 better boards don't really even get you any higher performance and it's not like it has a high end socket with a 64+ core cpu or something either like the old 3175x dominus.
So this person actually has no idea if it was that way at the beginning or not? They also updated with a reply from Asus saying that is the original design...
I was considering one of these before but didn't know you could monitor it directly in hwinfo without the MSI software, it's nice to know you don't need that.
I do have the regular non-ultra Royal Pretor and the fans on it are pretty loud and aren't as pleasing sound as some other fans which is something to keep in mind.
(the ultra pretor has 7 heatpipes vs the 6 on the regular ones)
A lot of games on disc can be played with no updates or internet. https://www.doesitplay.org/list?platform=PS5&offlinePlay=Yes&downloadRequired=No&page=1&order=ReleaseASC
It does note that if you have a console that has an optional disc drive (slim/pro) that may require internet activation to...

Windows will do the same thing where if it detects the boot partition already it'll just use that one. If you want each drive to have its own you'll have to only have 1 drive connected at a time.
As long as it's the same version of windows home/pro it should activate. Sometimes if you have a multi-version installation media it'll automatically pick the licensed version too.

the 3kw psu at 900 seems like a bargain in comparison
extra cable (3m length) and a case
oh wait you said 480
480 = 3m cable, headphone bag
480 plus = 3m cable, case
490 = 1.8m cable, extra earpads
490 plus = both cables, extra earpads, case

Yeah it should be perfectly fine, newer blocks are better but it's not such a huge difference that it would be worthwhile imo unless you have it pegged 24/7 at 100%.
You may need to get a new CPU block if only because there's not a mounting kit available, you could fabricate your own depending on what platform though.
I'm sure they would be happy to know about your experiences then.
tft central also shows similar result, they also confirmed the panels are calibrated using 60Hz at the factory (well at least one factory)...
it's also worthwhile to keep in mind it's a problem on woled and not really with qd-oled panels.

Performance wise it's pretty even for me in ff14 lol, 70-74% of the performance for 70% of the price. I hope AMD's next line is better, I was disappointed it was so much lower performance than the 7000 series.
