    I am no LCD guru, but i do know that the 226BW is phenomenal for gaming. Played Battlefield 2142 and Call of Duty UO, Oblivion. Was disappointed when viewing a dvd though. Choppy, Blotchy patches....horrible. I haven't read about to much dvd playback quality with the 226BW from other people...
