Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
They said it's not covered under warranty, as the delamination was apparently caused by my copper sulfate dead drops. Apparently the block will work just fine without the nickel, so I'll just scrub at it.
Thats a Koolance block, This one. I called their tech support line, and the tech said he would forward the pictures to the block designers. Not sure if I should be pursuing replacement or just scrub off the flakes.
First is routing, but the other reason was that I have been told that pumps are happiest at the low point of a loop. Is this not true? I have a d5 variant.
I'm doing my yearly teardown, and I'm going to redo my loop using some lessons I've learned. I'd appreciate if anyone has anything to add.
1. Cable Management.
2. Move my reservoir/pump combo to the lowest 2 slots
3. Flip my radiator around and reroute the tubing to avoid that up and down...
Cool, I was looking to get a shroud, and had the misfortune of knocking a fin from one of my fans.
I hope to give it a new purpose, not merely discard it as garbage.
Wish I had known that last year when I started with the kit. I hope to move on to hardline tubing within a year, but I wanted to replace my tubing and reroute my lines in my yearly teardown.
This is really frustrating, I've looked at all the hardware stores within 50 miles ans 1/2 inch tubing is abundant while I haven't found a single 7/16 supply.
