    Gigabyte 6800GT Fan issues

    I bought a 6800GT for my shuttle PC, and when I put it in the fan doesn't spin, so it quickly overheats. I assume there is nothing I can do to fix this (I can't use my computer until its fixed), but i wanted to make sure that the video card is at fault before I RMA it.
