So I woke up this morning to a black screen. After not being able to boot up I noticed my Raptor died. Neither plugging in the SATA power nor the molex power connector will get the thing to turn on. Since there is stuff I didn't back up and would like to have back, do you have any idea what could have caused it to die? Bad controller board? I might see if I can buy a new one and swap it out.

Any storms in the area? Power loss? Possible bad power supply? General mechanical defect? Lots of reasons really.
