It could be the monitor dying, try a different one if you have one.
I have an old monitor my little brother uses, it squeals terribly and its hard for me to be in the same room when the monitor is on lol.

Grats on the display. I use my old 17" sony as a second display and its amazing how much better this display is when u drag an application from the old one to the new VX2025WM. Colors, contrast, and the speed are supurb.

If the image is in a table in on the page, make it the background. Just make sure you copy and paste the size of the image into the <td> tags or the site will get messed up.
I agree with the above posters, the text is hard to read.
You should also consider META tags in the source so search engines can index it allowing people to find it. You probably already thought about this so sorry if ya have.
Use some better looking gradients. I think yours is too light, but then again it's my opinion. See if you can find a stock photo on a free stock photo site and spruce it up a bit in the header. Smaller font may look too in the top.
