Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
If its not the mounting solution that is the problem, then what caused the high failure rate? Was it poor sourcing of the leds? I don't recall the k95 having the same issue.
Ditto. There doesn't seem to be any net improvement in new mice for a long long time apart from pointless cpi wars, outlandish designs and odd shapes which take getting used to. All the r&d is being wasted on fancy rubbery coating and lights to tempt ricer gamers to change their preripherals. I...
The G400 is basically the MX518 without angle snapping (except for the very early batches) and so it is a superior mouse.
The DA has improved alot throughout the several versions. I think the current one ro 2013 model is pretty good. Not sure about longevity though. The MX518 was a tank.
The cherry MLs might have a problem with binding if they are pressed off center.
I think its a matter of getting used to cherry switches since the actuation distance is similar to scissor switch - 2mm, so you don't have to press down to the full travel of 4mm.
You could try getting some low...
Would a high polling rate (say 1000hz) for peripherals break compatibility with linux/unix/mac or cause trouble with windows?
What are the other downsides of having such a high polling rate?
Raidmax is a very bad brand, on the same level as Huntkey/Powmax. Get those brands if you want to damage your pc. Corsair/Seasonic are good manufacturers.
Theres a TX650 for $70 after rebate at newegg if you pick it up soon.
For the OP, you'd be better of looking up for reviews and roundups on a specific model, instead of relying on a brand name to guide your purchase.
Personally I consider XFX average to subpar. The double-d design gives poor cooling and the fans have a higher failure rate. One batch of Sapphire...
Refurbs could be open but never used (maybe the user found it was incompatible) items or fixed products.
No idea how reliable it is. Is the seller Asus or someone wanting to get rid of a returned/refurbed item?
I would never buy a refurbed ssd.
You're right it wasn't a network connection, it was a service support error message. I restarted the pc and it worked. I don't know why the service couldn't start earlier although it was set to automatic.
