The PSU is 305 watts. I thought that with PCI-E, it was powered through the actual slot? Also, on the box, there is no requirement for a certain power PSU.

Hmmm. I also get no beep from the card. I do get it on my old one. I have alreday tried disconnectiong everything except the harddrive with my OS on it and still no good. I think I'll go to my friends and have him test it out on his comp.
