    I did the system boot without the video card, unfortunately all my other hardware is still ddr2 RAM so theres nothing I can swap. I guess I'll just send back the mobo.

    So all of the symptoms I've posted lead you to believe that it's the mobo. What's the process from here then? Also someone on another forum told me its the ram, does that sound like a possibility?
