i have it gives me the same problem as Coolbits, and there is actually no info i can find about this related to the 7800 gtx
do you guys think it's because of my forceware driver version?
it shows 460/2.60 in coolbits and i know that is not right. also when i try to do any adjustments to the frequency it always says failed in internal tests. what is going on?
i also tried to flash to the BIOS to fix the cold bug and it only causes the system to freeze at startup.
help!
OMG I am trying to do that right now and i was wondering why i couldn't apply it. I had the SAME exact problem so i cancelled it instead of waiting on PAYPAL-who i hate but i will still accept their money.
This is suppose to be good up to March 31st
there's no one else with this problem?
i thought audigy2zs had some issue with number of voices or something like that how it wasn't a true 24bit? is that related?
i have a Kenwood VR-309 and i'm pretty sure it has a 24bit DAC but whenever i select the 96kHz option in THX console there's no audio.
i think i'm missing information here...
i tried the paperclip trick and i think the PSU is dead the fans didn't turn on...i've had it working fine for less than 6 months and i come back from vacation and it dies??
i hope enermax has good RMA
ok so i've already tried clearing the CMOS, the surge protector is not broken, i did not turn off the PSU switch, i've even switched power cables before i posted, but none of this simple stuff worked.
i'm working on a paper, but when i get home i'll definitely try the paper clip...
yes i'm trying but i'm curious how they would be disturbed after a 3 week vacation...sigh
maybe it was the surge protector when i was gone even though the computer was off.
funny but i don't see how it solves my problem
i tried a power cycle (whether that's appropriate or not i have no idea) but didn't work.
i'm just trying to find some advice since i don't have access to a spare psu
i just came back from vacation 2-3weeks and my computer came on for a sec and went off. it now won't turn on. i guess it's the PSU but how can i test it?
i read somewhere i need a jumper wire? what is that and how can i get one?
hey guys,
i tried searching for this but had trouble so hopefully you guys can help...
i came back from a 2 week vacation and when i hit the power button on my rig it came on for a second and then died.
i just assembled this computer a few months ago:
DFI Lanparty SLI-DR
Enermax...
when you say elevated what is that like? a few inches or a few feet? And i probably have to shuffle the location?
can anyone provide first hand experience of how well the gramma works before i drop 60 on it?
let me get this straight, you have a computer connected 50ft away which is not your main computer that just stores mp3s? I think I would rather have digital audio if i must have wires running across my apt, but yes that would be prohibitively expensive.
it'll take me a while to get some parts together but i think that's probably the most practical. Maybe i'll just use onboard and just pull out my Audigy 2 Platinum and stick it in an old PIII ...just feels like it's out of place.
