I have an MSI Pro Carbon X370 and I am also worried that it is going to have bad support as the last bios was also September. Really wanted to be able to upgrade to Zen 3 but at this point who knows what will really be supported. I can also not run my ram above 3000 MHz still.
Amazing very jealous, I don't have a microcenter nearby and moved away from a city that has two Frys so I am now very sad. My wife doesn't miss it though :P
Really wanted to get a Vega because the 56 at $399 is a good value but ended up with an EVGA 1070Ti for $410. The 4(3.5)GB of the 970 was really starting to bring performance down. Still waiting on my $30 from that card, however.
Has the process improved? Earlier silicon lottery numbers had only about 1/5th of 1700 series Ryzen chips being able to hit 4.0 GHz. I am cautiously optimistic about Zen+(or 2 or whatever they are calling it) but I am unsure if much gains will be made at this stage. Ryzen's memory speed...
Roughly 70% of the processors sold by Intel for consumers are for mobile devices. I think the focus on efficiency will continue as it also helps the real money makers of servers.
They also played on the "far" left as well. It's interesting because more than anything else they seemed to be pushing division. It is amazing how cheap it is to play the average American citizen.
Below is an example of the "ADs" that Russia was running. It seems to me that they are more like memes that got shared and that you often see people sharing on Facebook.
While these stealth games are not my cup of tea, I really enjoyed the first one because it had great story tellling. The second one was a let down, at least to me, in this regard. You can normally pick up the first game for under $10 which makes it a great buy.
