yes, it was cool.. I tried to install the stock cooler from the box. and it was working well. so the problem is the heatsink.. maybe because of the thermal grease?

I just checked the PC Health Status in the BIOS mode and freaked out, the CPU Temperature was 71 C, but my System Temperature was 32 C. Is this accurate? When I touched the heatsink of my CPU it didn't feel hot. BTW, I haven't overclocked the CPU yet.
