Note that there are two kinds of Logitech receivers: one with the "unifying" star shaped symbol and one that is labeled "nano receiver." I could use a couple of Logitech receivers (one of each) if you have any to spare for an MK270 wireless...
If maybe easier if you google the model of the mouse that you have (or list them) to see if the mouse uses logitech unified receiver. Many logitech mouse uses that and they are often interchangeable.
