    I think i have to budget down a bit. So instead of the 10980XE I am going for the 10940X. Then maybe a 5600XT and a Gigabyte Vision D. What would be the best budget PSU that would last a long time ?

    I would rather deal with 3.9ghz at much lower voltage and wattage and easy air cooling than 4ghz at much higher voltage and huge heat dissipation and potential crashes and liquid cooling. What's the point of getting 0.1 ghz (2%) while getting into so much trouble for that ?
