You are wrong, On both comments there actually. Let's clear some things up a little.
The CMOS will not be cleared fully unless or until you load and apply optimized defaults, and the Profiles saved will only be deleted if you clear the DMI Data (Disable Keep DMI Data). Deleting the DMI Data...
I was just like to post about my experience with this Ultra Regarding this matter.
This is for all the users who may doubt Ultra as a great company, their warranty, or for those who may be unsure of how easy this process would be handled.
Sure mistakes were made somewhere with the making...
So did you ever look closely at your pins?
I know you may not want to tear your case apart, but this is often the cause. You need to remember the memory controller is in the CPU.
I have seen Many threads where this issue was caused by a bent pin
Sounds to me like you just need to redownload the file is all. Here I rehosted it for you, extracts just fine. So if you have issues again, re-download it a few times until you do not >>

Get ya one of these, not sure what Heatsink you have but you need a...

Hey, I am glad you found it for sure! Sorry for not thinking of taking it out of the case, I generally only think of that after a few more replies in helping of someone...
I use that same backplate with my block, just dont tighten the springs so tight maybe.
I do use my own screws and springs though. But I also did not remove the sticker over the sticky part, left it there, and added electric tape to the Whole back side just to be on the safe side
Nice to...
Well likely not, the power button is a momentary switch. Jumper is the easier way of accomplishing the battery removal method, that is why it is there.
I have a Switch on mine ON or OFF only type rocker, so off is always off and on/connected is always on if it is in that setting.
