    mic problem almost solved???

    i managed to get it recording!!!! my headset works!. only problem is i can hear it through the speakers as well, but i have "what u can hear" down to 0% ... anyone know what my problem is? 42o :D

    well reinstalled drivers, reinstalled directx. still no mic happenin. when i go to test hardware under the advanced options it almost finishes and at the end it hits 2 errors. 1st: DirectPlay Voice Setup- (x) an error occured during directplay voice setup. The error code is 0x800004005...
