Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Well, this is about enough to drive me nuts. I'm watching Wireshark and the device is making DHCP requests to which my DHCP server is responding with an offer. However the SAN never seems to accept it. It continues making request after request. DHCP works for all other devices on my network...
I have a new to me CX3-20 SAN that I would like to configure and start playing around with. This was pulled from an old data center and is still configured as it was there. I know I need to get access to the SP's but I'm not even sure where to start. There is a Ethernet Port and what appears...
Racked the rest of the SAN and the other blade chassis.
Still need to get an electrician over here. I keep going back to wanting to build a dedicated data center so I don't have to listen to all the gear. Kind of like what I used to have.
I picked this up a few months ago and am now getting around setting it up. I believe the model is CX3-20 but I'll have to double check that. I need help with the connections. The drive chassis has copper fiber channel connections while the storage processors have fiber connections. How does...
I'll agree with everyone else. Running a 3 million $ studio on hobby / do it yourself network and equipment is a horrible idea doomed for failure. If you have that kind of money to dump on a studio why would you even consider it?
KTA325B. I bought the mount and then made my own pole with floor flange and threaded steel pipe. Drilled a hole in the center of the flange so that the cables would run down through it.
Excuse the cables hanging everywhere. The Wife and kids are out of town so I have a bit of extra free time to play.
Put a ceiling mounted monitor up, thought I would share.
