anyone out there have a suggestion to fix this?

A friend and I bought PG278Q's at the same time (about 4 years ago), we got 2080 Ti FE's at the same time (same SN batch) in November and both are having the exact same issue in the video. The RTX cards initiated the problem but also made it permanent because it hasn't gone away. I tried different drivers, power cycles, cables, GPUs, entirely different PC's and the problem persists. Monitors are unfortunately out of warranty at this point.
I would be very curious to know if anyone out there with the same set up ran into the same problem.
I can also say that we both noticed it the first time we ran Battlefield 5.
