Dark Sight BOOST: The bounty will contain a Dark Sight perk. When you pick the bounty up, it will allow you to see other players in a 100 to 150 yard radius. This will have a limited amount of time, and will stay with the bounty even if dropped. Already talked about above. 20 second usage total. Can be used in segments, a little at a time. Shows other players through walls even. A little unclear on this as to what was said in the stream, everyone who picks up the bounty gets the 20 seconds currently? Or it burns off if you pick up a dropped bounty? Countdown timer is shown on screen. Not exact location shown, but proximity. You do get a new 20 seconds on the second bounty if picked up.

Multiple death screens. Tell you PvE or PvP. Tells you the person who killed you by name, what weapon they used, at what distance, and what kind of shot it was. Headshot etc.

Flare gun that can be used to light up areas, as well as to set PvE and PvP on fire. It is a tool, not a weapon. 30 seconds. (Fuses burn for 10 min.)

Tomahawk Trait: Ability to throw weapons found on map. Will require some skill to use. Early 30 level trait. Axes found around the map can now be picked up and thrown as a weapon. I assume sledgehammers too, but they did not mention or show hammers.

Beastface Trait: Aggro range down on dogs, crows, chickens, etc. Does NOT impact Hell Hounds.

Hive bombs. Yep, that bug lady in a bottle that makes a nice homing grenade. Antidote shots counter Hive Bomb. If you react to it quickly, you should be able to outrun the swarm.

Bear traps. Can be reused if found and moved to a different location. Not a lethal trap. Used to reveal position. Bleeding damage. It actually does not trap the target though. Devs are looking to make it actually trap you in the future. Knocks legs off armoreds, kills grunts. You can jump over the traps.

Spectate mode after you die so you can go along with your teammate and stop getting a suntan.

Looting - 25% chance to replenish a consumable that you have previously used. Vitality, dyno bundles, etc.

DeathScreen after you get killed. Will show you who killed you, what weapon they used, and at what distance from you.

Humming Theme coming to the menu where it was dead sound.

After playing with someone that was cool. You can add them on steam friends.

Derringer changes to shoot one shot at a time (no more rapid fire). Slightly stronger than silenced pistol.

Winfield Changes: Boosted on last patch, 1.5. Damage is the same in patch 2. Winny C, the lightweight version has more recoil now, upward kick. Winny 15 round full, has a bit more front heavy firing, will be harder to get back on target after fire than the lighter C. Changes to both should make it harder to kill with the Winny out beyond 40 to 50 meters. Should make the Vet a better rifle at distance.

New Hunter poses and animations in menu. Not all the same any more. Every weapon type has different pose and tier changes.

Improvements to game load times.

Also from earlier this week: Crossbow (with explosive bolts shown today), pistol crossbow, and throwing knives. New "water monster" PvE as well. You can pick up enemies arrows/bolts if you have the weapon.

Spectate mode after you die so you can go along with your teammate and stop getting a suntan. - Not sure how I feel about this, I like the way it is now, if you are dead you are dead. Spectating while using external chat seems like every other stupid FPS out there.
After playing with someone that was cool. You can add them on steam friends. - That's nice. Also, if they are an ahole you can call them out on different media. Like say, you kill the Spider, die and they don't revive you and just run off with the bounty by themselves.
25% chance to replenish a consumable that you have previously used. Vitality, dyno bundles, etc. - How, where is it activated? Those dynamite bundles are massively damaging, I don't want T3's running around getting a bunch of those.
Derringer changes to shoot one shot at a time (no more rapid fire). Slightly stronger than silenced pistol. - Ugh, thank you guys, that quad fire was annoying!
Tomahawk Trait: Ability to throw weapons found on map. Will require some skill to use. Early 30 level trait. - WOW! That could come in handy! I like this.

Looks like a lot of good changes. Watching test server play now. https://www.twitch.tv/harl3m_struggl3

To slow down camping at the boss, they might want to setup an agro range around the building they are in. Like a hag comes in every 45 seconds to a minute. Or, the boss gets super made because he knows you're out there and if there is a chimney blasts hellfire out of the root alerting others close by that someones there.

Now, that could be sweet.

I think the BOOST will bring that shit to a close personally. Basically a wall hack to see if you are clear out of the boss room. It has a 20 second timer on it.

I switched out my "old" Titans and dropped in a 1080 Ti when they told me no SLI support any time soon. Running at 2600p on medium to get 60fps+. Still great visuals.

the ability to replenish will be a boon to those of us who randomly decide we want to just murder everything that moves.

ironically, at least 1 person in here lived. i heard a sparks and i never got a location on him, but he headshot the guy i was working on, so i figured i'd cash out with the luck i'd already had.

That is pretty damn sweet round.

I had a grin inducing round last night. My younger brother and I were playing together, and he's the better FPS player these days. The spider was killed on the North side of the map, so we hoofed it as fast as we could to where the bounty was being collected, and the hunters had just left and were running N to S towards the exit. My brother got too far ahead of me, engaged in a firefight against both of them and went down, and I still couldn't see the opposing team. When I saw him go down, I hid behind an upturned tree and knew in my gut, (unspoken aloud) that my brother and I both expected me to lose this firefight with 2 on 1, them having already retired the better player of us.

I watched as one of the hunters walked right over to his blue silhouetted body looking for me. There was a lot of ground cover plants in the area. I had just unlocked dynamite (I'm still a new player) and had bought my first $45 stick for this round. I threw it at his feet, and it landed in a ground plant next to him. Apparently he didn't see me throw it and he didn't know it was there because he just stood there looking around, until he blew up a couple seconds later. I ran into the explosion's dust cloud in hopes the dust would mask my position and I could get his partner. His partner became barely visible outside the cloud and I pop shot at him with my single barrel shotgun. I heard the grunt that I hit him, but the shot didn't kill him. I ducked back into the cover of the dust cloud to reload and regretted my decision to have a single barrel shotgun. Once reloaded, I started back out of the dust again, saw him moving half behind another downed tree, and took another pop shot at him. Killed him! Revived my brother, and we ran to the exit now under the hot pursuit of yet another team now chasing us. We were still pretty far north and the nearest exit was all the way South, and we kept getting shot at as we were high-tailing it to the exit - health was low, ammo was low. We exited the map behind cover near the wagon, with the pursuing team fast approaching -- and just mere moments away from another firefight.

Very exhilarating, and very fun! I'm ready for another round! This is a good, and unique, game recipe! A bit like PUBG and Left 4 Dead combined.
