Tonight is the Press conference for AMD at Computex 2017, where AMD will be showing off upcoming products and be doing some "never-before-seen hardware demonstrations."

Check out the livestream here.

The one-hour event will feature appearances by AMD technology partners and updates on current and upcoming AMD products, including never-before-seen hardware demonstrations shown by AMD President and CEO Dr. Lisa Su and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Computing and Graphics Business Group, Jim Anderson.

Let me guess, it'll be a PC with a vega card, running at 4k, playing Doom on one monitor and sniper elite on another, while live streaming an AotS benchmark all at the same time while running at 60fps on hardware that's nowhere to actually be seen?

Looks like a lot of partner machines in the background, but hopefully we get an answer to #WheresVega

Talk more talk more talk more. Give out vega stickers in the last minute after a demo. lol

30th anniversary in Taiwan. Shame if they don't announce or even give a timeline for vega lol.

play along!

I know why RAJA is out. CUZ he just can't come directly to point. Lisa be like we are doing this this and this, NEXT! LOL

watching this is painful.

And to be honest, I was mostly just watching because it's amusing seeing them talk about all the crap nobody actually cares about. Dell partnership "gaming" case that looks exactly like every other computer case for the past 20 years... uhhh okay.

Run em off stage! LOL. fuck all these PCs JESUS! So they found a way to waste time. Show all these computers. Thats 30 mins right there.

Hey look a new Ryzen laptop and stuck at only Radeon 580 graphics. That should get people excited /puke

Well it looks like we know why vega gaming is on back seat. AMD seems to be fully focused on delivering APUs and Ryzen mobile and threadripper on time. CPUs is where its at for now guys. Gamers are going to have to wait it seems. I don't think they are too concerned about vega for gaming now. Plenty of miners are only helping their cause with the 580s being sold out everywhere.

Why do these tards keep trying to claim an Intel CPU system can't stream games? Most people use GPUs to encode the streams anyway...

maybe then can make some damn 580's so i can buy one. Ive been trying to buy one since about 3 weeks after launch (had to let the price settle). Had finger on trigger for a 470, then the bastards released 570/580, 470 went insta out of stock, prices went up, then stock dissapeared. Not happy.

That's fine, I've been eyeing the 1070 for quite a while. Guess it's time for Radeon to get carried by Ryzen.

congrats, my 1080 does (almost) 4k at those settings and framerates on prey. and its not 2 gpus.

End of July for Vega! Looks like HBM2 is to blame here and Frontier edition will be the one launched a month ahead.
