EDIT: It came out to 21 each for me. Base of 16.99 + whatever shipping is from UK. I took a chance anyway.

Hey all. This is an eBay deal, but it's pretty solid. Having owned this mouse before, for the price its awesome (currently using an MS-3. Best mouse I've ever used). I ordered 2. The only catch though is that Func was acquired by some other company that will likely not honor any warranty. Don't quote me on that though. I'm too lazy to check.

In for 1. One of the only times living in the UK instead of Homeland has saved me a bit of money (£12.99/free shipping... so only $16.30 for me).

I'm more than happy with my Mionix Naos (best shaped mouse ever, IMO), but this one looks a bit like the SteelSeries mice which are supposed to be nice and should work well with a claw grip.

After thinking about it over the weekend...in for 2. Thanks OP!

I'm using this mouse already at home, in for 1 for the office at this price.

Out of the box this mouse will run 800,1600,3200 DPI with the DPI button. To get 4000 you need to install the software and change one of the DPI steps to 4000, but once you do it saves your settings on the mouse itself.

Software also lets you select 250/500/1000hz USB polling rate and map all the extra buttons to different functions.

You can also set the color of the LED in the scroll wheel so you could even say this mouse is "RGB".

Received my mice today; shipped on 1/31. Not too bad of a wait at all.

Great deal, I just wish they still made the same Func Surface mousepads.

You know, after I found out they were sold, I bought a bunch of the replacement surface 1030 archtype inserts to replace my current one. I ended up getting 3 for like 20 bucks. And they're the double sided ones with the rough and smooth surfaces.

Awesome. :D I think I found a suitable replacement.. the X-ray Thunder. I saw they use a 99% similar design. I think I'll order one this week and give it a try. http://shop.x-raypad.com/product-category/x-ray-gaming-mouse-pads/thunder-gaming-mousepads/

Got mine last week. It's a good mouse, fantastic in fact for this price. As expected, it's probably closest to the Steelseries rival in terms of design. Decent for both claw grip and palm grip (if you don't have larger hands) . Accuracy is very good and the software is easy to use.

I don't like the feel as much as my Mionix Naos, but didn't expect to.

Wow, this thing is much larger than the mice I'm accustomed to. Over the years I have found myself transitioning from larger palm-style mice to smaller ones like the G9, G303, G Pro, etc.

The good news for me is, even though the mouse itself is large, the shape is comfortable and it's fairly lightweight. I don't particularly like heavy mice. This will do just fine for work - I never expected it to replace my primary gaming mouse at home but I'm very happy for the price.

Huh, I didn't find this any bigger than average for a gaming mouse. In fact, it's noticeably smaller than some I've used (Mamba, Naus, G5, Performance MX)

Oh yeah, I'm sure it's just a matter of perspective. :) I probably wouldn't have considered this mouse "large" 10 years ago, but like I said I've found myself gravitating toward smaller claw-grip mice and this is larger than what I'm used to. Not bad, just different. This definitely doesn't feel as large as something like a Performance MX, which coincidentally I use in my other office here. To me it does feel every bit as large as a G5, if not larger, but admittedly it has been a while since I've used one. I actually have a G5, G500, and G7 in a desk at home. I might dig them all out and compare the sizes because I want to speak with accuracy (I'm just going off of memory here). I think maybe the reason the G5 could feel larger is because the hump is higher? I haven't used any of the Mionix mice but that Naos does look big, lol. One big reason why mice like the Naos and Performance MX feel large are those contoured areas on the sides for your thumb and/or fingers. If you look at an overhead pic of those mice and strip off the contoured parts, they could very well be about the size of the MS-2. The SteelSeries Ikari was somewhat like that, too, but less pronounced.

Anyone know how close in size this is to the roccat kone pure military? My searchfu is not working its usual magic.

The interesting thing is that the Mionix Naos and the Func MS-3 appear to be almost the same mouse. They felt the same. The Func has a few extra buttons, but the housing seems identical. I tried a Mionix Naos once at my local Central Computers but ultimately went for the MS-3 because of the extra buttons which do function in game.

My naos 8000 is smaller than my func ms-3. The ms-3 has two finger grooves on the right side of the mouse. I only use the ring finger groove and my pinky on the outside of the mouse. it is so much more comfortable for me than the naos 8000. Also I like the sensor better on the ms-3. I am not sure what sensor it uses, but the naos sensor would just move even if I took a breath in it's direction.

Yeah, upon closer inspection I found that to be the case as well. By the way, mine arrived today as well. Yay!

There are two versions of the Naos: the 7000 with an optical sensor, and the 8200 with a laser (the version it sounds like you have). Unsurprisingly, the 7000 is far superior in sensitivity, however, it doesn't have the DPI indicator LEDs the 8200 does. Am now waiting for the new Naos with the optical, extra buttons and heartbeat and fingerprint reader.

I've held the MS-3 and found it just a bit too chunky and wide for me while the Naos feels just right. But again, gaming mouse preference is a relatively subjective thing.

Ah I had the naos number wrong. It's boxed up and I didn't feel like searching for it.
