Same here did not work for me using a different email


I wonder if newegg needs to send out another code or should we be contacting Nvidia. I will try to contact Nvidia customer service in the morning and see what happens

Just made an attempt on Newegg for a launch-purchase card and I was declined, it was worth a shot at least.
 
I had purchased an MSI 980 from Novatech in the UK on the 6th of Oct (so well before the promotion start) and they just sent me a AC code through the post.

Excellent customer service, but expected as I do pump a fair bit of cash into their business through referrals.
 
I was able to use my code on Far Cry 4. Redeemed my newegg code at Nvidia's site then used Nvidia's code on the Ubisoft site. Make sure you click the link in your email from nvidia, puts FC4 in the cart for you and there's a redeem code button which marks it down to 0.
 
Wow thanks. I purchased 2 970 gtx Gigabyte G1 gamings and just got off the chat with newegg and they sent 2 codes.
 
Will have to try this with XOTIC since I just ordered a laptop with a 970M and those are also supposed to be getting the codes.

I can't get that far with my second code. I'm trying to do the redeem steps.

I put the code, my birthday and enter the text on the site pic.

It lets me get by that part. (1st code I already used doesn't and says Code used already or something like that)

Then the next page asks me to pick a game I choose farcry 4 and click continue, then after that I accept the license agreement enter my name & info and click continue. This is when it tells me something like Offer already claimed by you. (tried different emails and entering my wife's info just for shits and giggles)

It's weird the Terms and conditions say nothing about a limit of one offer per person. It should allow one per code in case you bought 2, 3, or 4 cards. I'm just kinda lost on this. Maybe I'll post on the geforce forums or use the telephone # posted above by UnreadCPU to see what I can find.

EDIT: tried again just now and I was able to claim Far Cry 4 successfully. Dunno what that was about yesterday. <shrug> Try again people

I got the same answer until I pressed them and sounded really disappointed and honestly I started mentioning that tons of people on social media and forums like this site are getting the codes honored. The rep came back and said ok and sent me the code. Call again.

I got this far as well.

However are you able to see FC4 on your games list or on your order history. I am being told by customer service at Ubisoft via email that it will not show up until the day of release. Also please check your order history i see nothing as well.

update got mine to work with the second code. Printed out my invoice . I have two order numbers now showing proof that it went through. Received a confirmation for the 1st game with a order number. Just now got The Crew to work and received a confirmation email.

Looks like to me this Uplay system has poor web based programming to process orders correctly using the redemption codes once received from Nvidia. I still have nothing on my games list or my order history for two codes .

emailed ubisoft last night and told me this

I have located your pre-order purchase for the Far Cry 4 PC game (Order Number: XXX5125) and found that it has processed successfully. At this time it is in a pre-order status and will remain so until the release date for the game. Once the game is released you will receive a confirmation email and the game will show up in your Uplay Game List to be downloaded.
 
I redeemed the Nvidia code got and got the short Ubisoft code for Far Cry 4. I am just going to wait until that game is released before redeeming it now, silly Ubisoft :(

AC5 seems to work fine. It's telling me I own it and that it will auto-download on the 11th.

Thanks again to everyone in this thread who posted. I'm just shocked that 2 cards that I purchased in the wee hours in the AM on Launch day allowed me to take advantage of a promotion months later. Now I need to hurry up and buy assassins creed 4 and finish it. :D

I bought two Evga 980 superclocks from B&H photo and are expected to arrive on 11/07. I talked to B&H Photo about the promotion and they said they didn't have any idea what I was talking about on the promotion. They wanted links to the promotion on nvidia's website. I gave them a link. They looked it over and said they won't honor that promotion. Thought I was getting a good deal because they were cheaper then Newegg's. Guess I got screwed. I even contacted Evga and they said no game codes for me. Lame

Honestly, I would rather just have my cards by this Friday. I wold have to wait for them to return, probably be a week before I get my $ refunded, probably be back out of stock at newegg. Might get the cards again by January who knows. I'm definately not going through all that for a couple Ubisoft games that I wouldn't pay .01 cents for I would only take them for free. It just sucks when companies are so unflexible.
 
I'm trying with TD. Let's see what they do. Kinda bummed though by the timing of the promotion. Oh well.

EDIT: They wont do it =/. Also, I just noticed that Ubisoft pulled the games from steam. wtf? They probably want us to order from their Uplay.....ugh

WHOO HOO! I just got 2 Codes from NEWEGG even thou I bought both 2 Gigabyte G1 980s at Launch. I used the LIVE CHAT feature after I logged in and just very nicely asked if there was anything they could do. They responded that they don't normally do this type of thing but she went ahead and did it. She then created a ORDER NUMBER to send the Item at no additional cost, I just got the Email with 2 codes.

Newegg honored 3x reference 980 purchases from 9/22 for us via chat. Got 3 codes, I used my two on The Crew and Farcry 4 successfully.
 
No luck for me from Amazon with an MSI 970 Gaming received on Nov. 3rd that I had backordered on October 20th... but the Amazon rep mentioned contacting nVidia directly but I haven't tried that yet.

Sweet i got far cry 4 and the crew.

I just learned today Ubisoft is pulling the Nvidia bundle games from Steam
 
Got my code from an Asus GTX 970 purchase a few weeks ago. Still undecided about which game and PO about the games leaving Steam. I'd rather not have yet another account setup and additional Steam knock-off software running on my PC.

The Crew looks to be more arcade style rather than realistic, so pass.

Far Cry 4 seems like a clone of games past, not sure what the replay value is or if MP is worthwhile.

Assassins Creed looks interesting for the historical immersion aspect. Besides single player missions, is 4 player co-op the only MP mode?
 
No free game for me. NE told me that since the promotion was not available at the time I purchased the 970 I wasn't eligble. Bummer, but it makes sense.

You got the wrong CSR. I would call and try again (I used chat). I purchased both of my cards at separate times in October from Newegg and the CSR did not even hesitate to honor it. It all comes down to which CSR you get. Some CSR's are by the book and others are more flexible.
