Correction, it's above 19%. PWM is not horrible at 19%, which is why many people don't mind, but it needs to be set at 20 for PWM to be completely gone. Check this review: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2413.htm

Are you sure about this? It says IPS on the EIZO site.
Thats a common ailment. Most 'brands' dont know what the hell they they're dealing with. Everything kind of feels 'rebranded' these days. Someone else makes the product and they just slap their logo on and tries to pump up the hype. Thats, I guess, where Apple made a difference. For a while anyway, but now they're quickly losing it.A while ago I asked Eizo if a specific model was PLS or IPS, and they claimed IPS. And then someone here opened it up and it had a PLS panel -- so not sure if all Eizo people even know what they are selling.
