The OFFICIAL post pics of your SFF thread...

Here's my mATX gaming rig. It's almost finished just need to upgrade a couple fans and sleeve the cables. I am also toying with the idea of a custom loop water cooling.

What case is that?

So I just got this Titanium FT03 not too long ago and wanted to get the intel all in one watercooling unit. So weeks after I got my 2700k, Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z/Gen3, and some SSDs I have finally got the Intel Watercooling. I should have done my research before starting this, because to my surprise there is a support piece that wont let the rad fit in the top 120mm fan spot, so I had to do a push and pull config and since I didnt have the long screws for it I had to use the hdd case screws to get it to work. Hope you guys like it, ask any questions if you want. Thanks!
Please excuse the HTC Arrive camera, not too great. The D50s battery was dead.

Took out the WD Black 2TB, was way too loud so I put it in an external enclosure and put it on my network.

Just got these desks last weekend, havent decided how I want to set everything up. Need to make a bracket that will eliminate the middle pole because its just two desks put together. Also the Pink Dell is my mothers, just putting music on it.

Let me know what you guys think.

my sff rig, cable management is still work in progress

that is the BIZ, bis! i love that they let you put a full size psu in that thing. i was so sick of every sff making you go 350W or less. got the 450W silverstone sfx in mine, and thats barely cutting it right now. :/

hahahaha, I know. I'm about to cry trying to clean-up the cables, lol!

oh man i understand that! i built my own SFF case and hid all the cables under my axp-140. its a nasty mess of hot mobo components, many wires, and a shit ton of dust down there. definitely gonna try to go with a full size, modular psu for my next sff build.

thanks, not bad for my first build lol i am having some restart issues though :(

Hello, Here is my Thermaltake Lanbox lite.

This is a project that has been going on for months, finding the right CPU Cooler, Finding a Modular power supply amongst some lighting as well. I've also cut out a hole on the PSU Cage holder thingy and cutout for an 80MM fan. also replaced the 60mm fans with 3,000RPM Fans. Now all I need is a good fan controller to control 4 fans.

Cable Management is a nightmare with this case. I've opened it almost every day thinking of new ways to manage my cables, and I think this is the best I can get it to. I've stuffed the modular cables in the unused upper drive bay. you can't see them at all.

Sorry the pictures are extremely bad, it looks so much nicer in person! lol

oh man, completely forgot I posted this lol. I gave up on SFF systems, too much overheating issues

you may want to put a piece of paper or something between the back of your gpu and the heatsink to make sure they dont touch. i put an envelope there in my sff.

My two sff boxes:

can you post more pics of the insides and other views? those both look very nice. :)

I'll update this post with new pictures for you when I get the time to open them up again.

Here are a couple pictures of the isk300:

- I used the cpu cooler from my 2500k and changed the psu from the stock 150w unit to a Fortron 270w 80+

- I also changed the crappy stock ASRock wireless card to a Intel Centrino Wireless-N card

Yeah, just got one of these cases and the cabling is annoying. I've had to route most of the power cables over the psu to the right hand side of the case to fit in a gigabyte 560 ti 448. I was surprised at how well it is built but I noticed a large gap in the optical drive slot - I can see the same in the fourth picture in your post.. I'm glad I got a tray drive instead of a slot-loader!

I should probably add pictures :p

I failed to finalize my previous Lian v350 project and moved the hardware to my nsk3480.

My router/misc. server. It's got a nice dual-core sandy bridge, and 8 gigs of RAM. (Hey, why not?)
And yes, those are molex pins chillin out up there. Gotta pick up another 4pin, I couldn't for the life of me salvage the old one once I cut the wires to length.

Dude, your "router" is more powerful than my gaming rig...

The front panel is from: www.frontpanelexpress.com

I just took some measurements of the existing panel, designed a new one in their program and ordered it. Had them make the countersunk holes for the 4-40 socket head screws which I took from work. I didn't have the equipment to make it myself and they did it all perfectly for $40. I made a little mistake in my measurements so I had to cut a bit of the plastic behind but you cant tell.

I can send you the front panel file if you are interested.

Holy crap, that is the greatest thing I have ever seen. I'm so glad you posted that link. I have several machines (not necessarily computers) that I want to do some custom work, and that's exactly what I need.

So much win, thank you.

I have the same vid card and similar motherboard. I need a new case now though because my current one is too short for the Radeon 6670. Is the PSU attached at all? Is it possible to unplug power from the PSU with the cover in place? Would you recommend using that case?

Well, the PSU doesn't move. I just used tape to keep it in place, but I should find another way to hold it down.

I'm not sure what you mean by "unplug power from the PSU with the cover in place." I'm guess you're asking me if I need to take off the panel to pull the power cord out. If that is the case, then yes. I need to take the cover off. If I really wanted, I could take the plug from the 150W stock supply that attaches to the case and solder it onto the Fortron board, but I don't see the need.

The case isn't the best I've ever used, but it isn't the worst. I liked that it fit in my tiny cabinet and that it came with a 150W PSU (that I got rid of anyway because I hated how loud it was). I wouldn't recommend it unless you wanted it for these specifics things or there was a [H]ot deal on these things.

This! I'm pretty sure that is a Habey case, which I'm looking at for my current build, and I want to hear more about it ;).

It sure is ;)
It's a Habey EMC-600SL. 120W power supply but *warning* it only comes with a 60W (12V 5A) power brick. Had to order one.
Pretty pleased with how it turned out.

I'm hoping I'll be OK with just the 60w on my build, but just in case, would you care to link me to the 120w (presumably 12v 10A?) one that you ordered? (or would order today). The case that I ordered does have the 120w PSU with the 60w brick, I checked :p (EMC-800BL)

Yes please post a link.

I have the SL as well and the 120W will be needed.

Thanks in advance! Maybe i wont need to search for hours and hours for one :D
