Well I guess they store data in the RAM since, it's a database server
that would be the point of RAM I suppose.

I can add picture of our new SQL server tomorrow, but nothing new to show other than that sadly.
Some of the hardware has been posted, heres the screenshot from vSphere
Awww why start a second cluster, you could have maxed out the first!
Different location, the smaller one is our production datacenter.
Lol, that means your just like us, our dev / internal environment is about 4 times the size of our production.
Here's some hardware porn...
Not so much of a networking related product (does require 16 network connections though as well as 16 power connections), but it sure does handle video...
Its a Harris HView Multiviewr. I dont have all the specs on it yet, but counting the jacks, it has 64 outputs either DVI or SDI and something like 250 video inputs, all HD 1080i
WTF, more info please. this thing looks crazy
You want porn? Well it isn't really too sexy but here is what I worked on all day.

Replaced our terminal server at a remote site, went to virtual desktops; works pretty damn well.
Forgot to take a final picture though. We installed an EBM, SNMP card and temp/humidity sensor for the Tripp Lite battery. I also removed that Intel 1U server, it was virtualized. I also need to go back and cleanup the wires a bit more.
We also installed a 12,000 BTU portable A/C unit that duct's the hot air out of the small server room. Just as supplemental cooling, when it's cold outside and the main units are not cranking, it get's hot in there. I also need to check if it pumps heat in there when it's cold outside as well... Also not good, however we had the Dell terminal server running in there for 7 years and it did not die, so I'm sure we'll be fine with the supplemental A/C for now.
I see a sonicwall, R200 and some wiring mess ( but that might be because you were working on the rack )
That sonicwall works great as long as nobody ever touches it... ever. It will go away finally by year's end if all goes to plan (we have one at each site for IPSEC tunnels only).
EDIT: I also have one of those side of the rack cable organizers that I'm going to slap on the left side to hide everything as pretty as possible. This building is like 20 years old and it shows. All offices only have one network drop and it's all ran through small piping, some under the concrete; it's annoying trying to add drops...
yeah, you breath on that thing and it will fail pos things.
I had a sonicwall, kinda liked it, was a stubborn beast, i had a untangle unit beside it, and for a proven fact, untangle captured and prevented more spyware entering my network than the 1000$ fully licensed 210,
WTF!
Do you see a sonicwall unit in my rack right now ?
HELL NO!!
That Dell R200 in the is running Untangle.

is that an 1841 and a 5510? looks like 5510 isn't in use.
I need to send you a Cookie hahah
1841 is a T1 circuit for Data and the 2811 is a T1 circuit for Voice (VoIP).
You just have a soft spot for Dell in your heart.
Lover my dells, ACTUALLY love my Untangle
I've re-deployed an RSA 1U running Untangle again. Was going to do failover but i need to cut some expenses so one of the internet connections is going byebye. so now it gets to be put back up as a porn filter for my brother.
I see what you did there with the green.
