Will this quiet build run too hot?

Have a quiet system all built out, now I'm worried if it will run too hot.

Case: fractal design r3
CPU: I5 2500k
GPU: XFX 6870 (new twin fan design not the one with the reference cooler)
CPU Heatsink: Scythe Mugen 2
Motherboard: Asus p8p67 pro
Ram: 2 x 4gb G Skill Ripjaws
PSU: Antec tp-650
HD: wd caviar black 640gb

I'd like to run this with just the 2 fans (one front, one back) the case comes with, my main point of concern is that the gpu cooler doesn't really push any of the heat out of the case, it just cools the card and dumps the hot air into the case.

If that cooling setup isn't good enough how would I have to adjust it, hopefullfy no more than maybe a fan on the side or top? Also if anyone has suggestions for better components (at around the same cost as the ones I've picked) feel free to offer suggestions there too. Thanks for any help.

Which of those parts have you already bought?
Which of those parts are you reusing?
Which Antec TP-650?
Which 8GB Ripjaws?

Add a top fan for now.

I've already bought the video card, case, CPU and motherboard. Everything is new not reused from an old build.

Power supply is this one

Ram is this

Lots of good choices although you did pay a bit more for the GPU and RAM than you should have. However, your choice of a 640GB WD Black is not so good of a value: It costs as much money as or more than several 1TB drives that deliver equal or greater sequential transfer performance.

That True Power New 650W is a good one. Don't confuse it with the older and somewhat lesser quality True Power Trio 650W.

Well I haven't bought the ram yet so if you have any other suggestions I'm open. Also open to suggestions on HD, that's probably the one piece I haven't done my research on yet which is why I haven't pulled the trigger on buying it yet.

Glad to hear about the PSU, and as for the GPU I was willing to pay a little extra for it (I know it's almost the price of a 6950) for the fact that the reviews I've read peg it as basically silent even under full load.
