Post your "rate my cables" here

I considered upgrading the case for my recent build but instead I made two new cutouts on my 'original' P180 case in order to route cables behind the case.

Great job! That's my biggest complaint with my P180 when it comes to cable routing. Maybe I should do something similar...

That would be a scythe mugen 2, I love mine and it performs very well.. Incase you're thinking about getting one, the only issue I can really think of is the fins are very thin and bend easily.

It's HUGE! how's the case air flow aka how are temps? btw, very clean compy.

Looks like there are smokers there, too. You get the real high quality goop dust like that (darker, won't come off for anything) then.

I'm assuming that thing that looks like a mutated lightcycle is a subwoofer or something?

Yes, it´s the Edifier E1100 "subwoofer".. it´s not the "most stronger subwoofer in the world" but I got a 5 months old baby at home, so high sound music or games just with earphones...

But I got to say the "sub" looks like an Alien head :)

5.5/10 based on what?

Well, he's just comparing it on a scale of 1 to 10, 1, I'm guessing, being absolutely dreadful and purposefully horrible cable management, where 10 would be perfect, pristine, showroom quality cable management. You could probably improve the looks and airflow a bit by tying them down, zipping them together, sleeving, etc. And cables that are too short can usually be extended cheaply with extenders, if you're really worried about improving your score. On some of my builds, I go completely nuts about cable management to make sure it's perfect. On others, I just make sure it has good airflow and that they're organized, for the most part. This isn't like school where a 5/10 means below an F and you fail. 5 would actually be average, and 5.5 is actually slightly above average! :)

My new Lian Li PC-K58W. Just installed everything in it today and I love it. Need to get rid of that red SATA cable though :p.

Why aren't all cases built like this? Makes cable management SO much easier.

Specs:
CPU: Pentium 4 Northwood 3.2 GHZ w/HT
GPU: HIS Radeon x1650 pro AGP 512MB
HDD: 2 Quantum Fireball 30GB HDDs
RAM: 3GB DDR Corsair and OCZ Ram
Case: Yeong Yang YY-0221 (lightly modded)
Mobo: ASUS P4C800 Deluxe (brand new, original caps)
PSU: Etasis ET 750w
Media: 1 floppy, 1 CD
Cooler: ZALMAN CNPS-7500-ALCU

Because then they'd all be double-wides and kinda ugly? With tiny fans, from the look of things. So, lots of reasons.

Well it's kind of an older case, and it didn't have fan holes originally. 120s and even 200s could easily be provided for.

here is a build i just did.

first time doing sleeving and it came out alright. next time, i'm getting higher quality sleeving though, i'm not digging the see through.

Nice work with the hard disk cables and window. ;)
One question:
You change the front fan or is the bundled with the case?
I ask because i have the same case and the front fan sux (almost burn my hard drives)
and now im looking to change it.
