Build So Far via Micro Center...
X58 SLI LE Socket 1366 X58 ATX Motherboard $230
Core i7 920 Processor Boxed $200
6GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) OCZ Obsidian Triple Channel Memory Kit (Three 2GB Memory Modules) $130
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM $100
Antec Three Hundred ATX Case $50
Video Card with HDMI. I prefer nvidia not for performance vs price, but for the extras: physx, cuda, purevideo, etc. i will probably attempt to play crysis on the 42" (~$250)
Powersupply, - Efficient. Not loud. Unknown wattage to support 2 video cards eventually. i would pay an extra $20 for modular. (~$75)
SSD - Intel 80gb g2 with trim. anything better or cheaper yet? (~$250)
other than 920, nvidia, and ssd. nothing is set in stone.
