Blizzard can revive your characters if you want.
Don't think I would do that. However, our of curiosity.... would all of the armour pieces be revived as well?

It pains me to see that some of you treat this game as if it were heroin.
It has very little replay value. OP didn't even make it to max level and he got bored. How people can possibly get addicted to it is beyond me.
Does that mean they would restore everything? Even armour? Just wondering since I think that I should have just uninstalled...lolYou are allowed a few full char restores.

Yes. Everything that you had when you it the ground in zangamarsh will be there when you get him back.
By the way, I quit too. After a while, I honestly got bored. I am not a fps kind of guy and even after trying out a slew of games, I just didn't have much interest in them.
I took more time to work on other hobbies (Gym, photoshop, blogging etc). After that I still had some free time.
I got back on world of warcraft and rerolled a horde with the mindframe that I am going to enjoy the game for what it has to offer. I started reading quests and really taking time to level. I found that I didn't play as much and what little I did play felt more substantial. I could play for an hour and call it good (and not NEED to play more). I always put real life first and my other activities are a priortiy.
If you do go back (and you will), give this a try.
I treated the game like heroin due to the nature of addiction. And yes, I think I was addicted.
I was staying up way too late on week nights (with work the next day) so that I could go on a raid. And I am pretty certain that rushing home after work in order to grab a snack and power on the PC in order to get into the action as quickly as possible wasn't the healthiest of actions. Especially when i would pause long enough between raids in order to grab dinner (heated in microwave, eaten at desk).
Definition of addiction: The condition of being habitually or compulsively occupied with or or involved in something.

Grats to the OP for quitting, WoW is comprised of such epic amounts of suck and fail that I'm not sure how anyone can enjoy that game. I played it for awhile, I was bored by level 30, quit before 40. It's just so damn repetitive, go here, kill this, get this... rinse... repeat. What a waste of time and money.
