I have noticed when you try to land the jet out of boundary the terran even though it appears smooth your jet can literaly be stuck on it, i guess that is why the maps are not bigger, because of the inability to create a surface that acts like it looks.

Voltage wont fix his problem, Different kind of artifacting and he would be experiencing at least some kind of display driver crashes if the voltage was so low to cause that kind of problem. I would try underclocking them, its possible your psu is not up to par but not likely.
