Tygon tubing is better but it does cost more, but if you want this to look nice it'd get tygon and spend the extra money because its a better tubing than clearflex and its clearer ( VERY NOTICABLY )

you might also just want to get a dd 6800 block instead of the adapter etc the bay res is good but if you have room get a dual since it'll have less turbulance in it that way :)

Everything looks really good. Like the above poster said, Tygon tubing is nicer, though you might not _need_ it. It looks like you've considered a larger radiator, but can't fit one...too bad. The single bay res is enough, I have one and there isn't any turbulence at all. I would, however, rethink the plan to have just one radiator of that size if you can. You'll probably be alright with that one, but it would really help if you could have the dual one. Have you thought about mounting it on top of your case with two 120's blowing up and out on top of the rad?
 
There will be a bit of turbulance because he has a 370GPH pump :p If you *want* to cut the top of your case at all put the doubleheatercore on the top cut holes for air and put a fan controller infront (im sure it'll go into the 5.25 bay a bit)

Well, the water cooling nipples face down and that keeps it from moving a little bit but otherwise you can use velcro or make a mount in the actualy medal of the case, like drill through...

I guess that's possible, I have that 295 gph MaxiJet into a single bay res and there is no turbulence at all. As long as you keep the res mostly full you shouldn't have much splashing around. Or...maybe we're thinking of it differently. The water is going to be turbulent, yes, but not turbulent enough to cause a bunch of bubbles which is the real concern.

You would drill a large hole for the radiator to fit over so air can flow up and out of your case through the radiator, then through the fans, which are pointed up and out of the case. Basically, a large rectangle cut out a little bit smaller than your radiator so it can sit on it and still have good airflow.
 
Okay, you can make a radiator fit ANYWHERE if you try. I thought the same thing when I began, but if you work out your problems you can put your radiator in many many places.

My suggestion is to look around the forums on the stickies on the "Post Your System Here" threads and check out what other people have done with their radiators.

While you can put a radiator in many places keep this in mind: How will the tubing get in/out of your system? How will air flow through the radiator? How will the radiator be attached so it doesn't fly around during transportation? How will I bleed this setup when it's done? How can I fill this setup when it's done? Finally, is it getting the best airflow possible?
