ZR80 serial number???

:confused: OK, I'm trying to register the Canon ZR80 digital camcorder and there is a ten-digit area on the form for a serial number and I can't figure out what the heck it is. Anyone know what should go in those ten boxes on the registration form. I searched the Canon web site, a google internet search and looked on the box and in the manual and nothing says what the serial number is. The only thing I found is an eight-digit item number on their web site that is on the box but it doesn't indicate what that number is on the box. Anyone successfully register either the ZR80, ZR85 or ZR90 recently? Thank you.
 
Uuuum, nevermind. Apparently, the only place it is listed and actually says
Serial No. is on the registration card itself. But the number is too many digits for the boxes on the registration card. Canon makes good cameras, but it seems they need to work on their forms. ;)
