Zotac Z68 error A0

The following are my specs, I3-2100, zotac z68, ocz 120gb vertex 2, msi n460gtx and 4gb Gskill ripjaws 1600.
Error message is A0 upon boot to windows and neither mouse nor keyboard can work. However USB is active as I tried to plug in external HDD and it reads. Any clue?

Forgot to inform that I was originally on Zotac H67 board but swapped to Z68 because of memory issue (error 55 on h67 board).
