Not sure if you guys have seen this article, but it talks about a couple new mini-itx boards that Zotac is producing. Looks like they hit a sweet spot for above-Atom performance but still very low power.
Sad that the power isn't onboard (or some included pico psu), but with the low power draw that'll be a fairly cheap addition to the board.
