Has anyone noticed a decrease in their bandwidth with ZA Pro 6.0.631.003? I just got my new system and was trying to tweak around w/ my Firefox settings. Using this one test page for measuring firefox speeds, I noticed that with ZA on it would cut my speeds by 50% or more. And I've been getting issues where things (pictures and other images) don't show up on my page unless I hit reload a bunch of times. And even then. Ideas?
 
I don't like zone alarm 6.0.631.003...
It lags my main pc when I screw down the page and when I click out it takes awhile.

Try finding an older version of it. :)

Is there any way to stop the annoying "update is aviliable" thing that keeps comin up thought on the older version?

go to overview- preferenses - and there should be an option for check for updates. :)
 
You may want to try the "free" version and see if it behaves the same...i tested all versions last week and didnt notice a decrease in speed, versions 4.5 up to 6

I "bought" the key for security suite but i can't the 5.00 version. I did find the basic free one though..
I'm still looking.
