Ordered a Bad Axe 2 over the weekend from ZZF and as of Thursday morning is still showing "Processing". They've ignored my e-mail thus far about it and I haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone. I am not sure it's in stock eventhough it appears that way on their site. I have heard of them listing items on the website that are not physically in the building but "coming". That could be a few weeks. We will see. I would have waited if I had bothered to read their recent customer reviews at various feedback sites. Waiting a week to two weeks kinda of negates the value of free 2 day FedEx. They offered that because I used Paypal. At this point they have my money and I have squat.
So if you don't mind long wait times and poor customer service I suppose they are fine. If you want timely shipping and good support Newegg is still king.
If Newegg's price wasn't so high on the same board I would have bought it there.
If something changes I'll amend these statements to reflect that.

I'd like to have confidence in that statement, but my experience so far won't let me get my hopes up. Apparently some people have good experience with them, like the above poster.
