I’am being asked to try to recovery some data off a ZIP disk (Why they used zip disk I don’t know….) n e wayz it is being read ” The zip is not recognized “ when In the drive. I have done a little googling and found free demo s/w of “Bad Copy Pro” . Mostly everything else was companies doing it for you. (I have to do this tomorrow), but is there any extracting techniques I can use, (S/W, Windows commands … so on) that could help me out.

Also, what do these companies use to extract the data?

Thanks
