zimbra appliance.. anyone using it?

I watched a webcast on zimbra today. Seemed like a decent product with nice features, but can it replace MS exchange 2010 with enterprise CALs? Zimbra looks geared towards small business. Zimbra does have a smaller TCO.
 
Am using zimbra at home. Haven't tried the appliance but installed ubuntu 8.04 + zimbra .deb. Works fine, not too hard to setup. I have run into some limitations (no gui access to postfix virtual file.....).
 
Not using the appliance but i am using the service through 01.com and i love it. I'm so happy to be done with Outlook and i've had ZERO issues with Zimbra.
 
I know one company that switched to Zimbra only to come running back to Microsoft Exchange ... YMMV.
 
thanks guys. our telecomm deal just went through, and that forces me to use exchange 2007/2010. Hopefully i can try if the telecomm vendor certifies zimbra.
