ZIF hard drive/SSD in HP netbook?

My GF has a hp netbook with 16GB zip SSD.

Anyone ever tried replacing this drive of drive? Is there any compability issues I should be aware of?

Looking around on ebay:

Are all ZIF drives the same? Do they also come in PATA and SATA versions?
